That t-shirt quilt with the paw is awesome. The paw makes it super special!

Thanks Terry. The bear paw was a rendition of the tattoo given to Alita by her daughter (my DIL) as a special memory about her husband. He passed away 2 years ago in January and Heather wanted something special for her mom. I used some of the silk fusion fabric I made a few years ago. The claws were from the back side. This is one of my biggest stretches so far. I appliquéd the pieces to the top of the quilt after I put the entire sandwich together and bound it. The t shirts were backed with a stabilizer to hold them neatly around the edges. Next time, if there is a next time, I will have everything ready so I can do the applique work with my longarm machine, and not be wrestling a quilt under the domestic one, lol. Merry Christmas my online friend.

Luann, Wow! Lots going on as usual. Love that box. I was going to watch the free class and ended up spacing out on it and missed it. Looking forward to your next year creations. Merry Merry Christmas my friend.
